Payment and shipping terms:
Cosmetic Treasures is an online store that sell and distribute beauty care products. We work directly with manufacturers and therefore we can make sure they comply with international standards such as ISO and CGMP. All products are certified according to CPNP requirements and have the original packaging. All products contain no parabens and are not tested on animals.
These General terms of sale are between you and cosmetictreasures.se operated by VP Trading AB. All prices shown include Swedish VAT 25% in SEK or EUR.

We cooperate with Payson AB that provides a secure payment for all European customers. Payson offers VISA, MasterCard and online banking payments. You can also chose a bank payment that allows you to make direct bank payment from your bank account.
A purchase agreement for the products you ordered is followed with Delivery Confirmation via email to you. Cosmetictreasures.se may refuse or be unable to process your order if:
– The product you ordered is out of stock or is no longer available.
– Your credit or debit card do not permit the payment of the purchase price.
Receipt / Order Confirmation
When you have placed an approved order you receive an e-mail that is valid as order confirmation. Along with your delivery we put your product list. If you have not received a confirmation within 30 minutes, please check that your email address is correct and contact us as soon as possible to make sure your order will be send to a correct address.
Delivery within Europe:
We collaborate with Post Norden AB and DHL Parcel Connect. Normal delivery time is approximately 5-7 business days within Europe. For orders that we have received payment before 15:00 are sent from us, as a rule, the same day (for weekdays).
Our standard shipping cost is 79 SEK (approx.8 EUR).
Delivery within Sweden.
We collaborate with Swedish Post Office and DHL Servicepoint. Normal delivery time is approximately 2-3 business days, subject to any product may be temporarily out of stock. For orders that we have received payment before 15:00 sent from us, as a rule, the same day (for weekdays).
Our standard shipping cost is 49 SEK (approx.5 EUR). For orders more than 599 SEK you are offered free shipping within Sweden.
It is up to the customer to provide a valid and correct shipping address. If cosmetictreasures.se get back a package sent to the wrong address or not picked up, it is up to the customer to pay new shipping. Cosmetictreasures.se will email to the customer at the specified email address when we get the package. If you do not pick up your package on time and it is returned to Cosmetic Treasures you will be charged 250 SEK (aprox 29 EUR) within Europe.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after the date of the purchase. Products returned in their original condition to us are refunded 100 %. You as a consumer (this does not apply to companies) the right to terminate the agreement by notifying us within 14 days of receipt of goods. For that you can use your right to cancel, you must return the item undamaged, in their original packaging. When exercising the right of withdrawal, it is you who is responsible for return costs. The customer pays for return postage and responsible for damages that may occur during transport. We suggest that you send a registered letter, then you as the customer is responsible for the shipment will be returned to us. When we approved the product is essentially unchanged so refunded the money for the full value of the order within 20 days. It is important that you protect the return carefully when the product must be in new condition when it arrives to us. The right does not apply if the product is used, damaged, or otherwise modified. The money will be refunded within 20 days counting from the date we received the message about your return. Always remember to pick up your package from the post office or freight company in time. Repayment will be made when we receive the goods or when we have evidence that the product is being sent back to us.
If you want to cancel your purchase, you can most easily contact us by email through our contact form. If you want to use the Consumer Agency’s withdrawal form so you can find it here. You can always change to another product. That is easiest done by a new purchase and we then refund you for the item you want to switch to. For exchanges, you as a customer pay for the shipping back to Cosmetic Treasures.
Exceptions from withdrawal
All products that have been opened and tested, but from a perspective of health or hygiene can not be sold again are exceptions to the rule of withdrawal. This include items that are not eligible for sale for example intimate products like deodorants, perfumes, schampos and balsam
Cosmetic Treasures follows the laws that regulate online sales to private customers. Please file a complaint about the product immediately if you have discovered an error. We will send out a new product. If we can not remedy the error you will receive a refund no later than within 20 days. Repayment will be made when we receive the goods or when we have evidence that the product is return. We follow the recommendations from the ARN (Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm – www.arn.se). For all types of complaints, write to email@example.com before any product is returned.
Cosmetic Treasures pays for the shipping costs and other reasonable expenses incurred by the complaint. Repayment will be made without unnecessary delay, no later than within 20 days.
Since January 1, 2016, the EU offers a service for online dispute resolution. In the event of a dispute, you can use their service.
